Why we charge a fixed price, not by the hour
With an hourly rate, the bill depends on how long it takes. Our price covers the whole job, so it never creeps up. It also includes all products and equipment, full insurance, and our free reclean promise.
Our promise: Not happy with anything? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and reclean it free within 48 hours.
What customers say on Google
I found Diogo, the owner, very helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was straightforward and the company was flexible about the appointment time. The cleaning itself was good. The fees were fair and remained exactly as quoted. Overall, a reliable and reasonably priced service that I would consider using again.
They did a one off clean for me when my regular cleaner was away and did an excellent job. I would definitely use First Choice Cleaning again and have recommended them to a friend who is looking for a cleaner.
Brilliant Service from start to finish. They pay attention to detail and are punctual. Great value for money!
Diogo does a great cleaning job. He is reliable, shows up on time and takes pride in his work.

Questions
How much will it cost?
You'll see your exact fixed price in the calculator in under a minute. It only changes if the home is bigger, or in a very different condition, from what you told us, and we'll always agree that with you first.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're fully insured.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes, all products and equipment. If you'd like us to use your own (for allergies, say), just leave them out.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a key safe code. We message you when we arrive and when we finish, with photos.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and reclean it free.
How do I pay?
Regular cleans are paid on the day by bank transfer (a standing order is easiest). Deep cleans, end of tenancy and one off cleans need a 25% deposit to hold the date, and the rest is paid on the day.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us 48 hours' notice. Later than that, or if we can't get in, there's a 50% charge.
What's not included?
Laundry or ironing, large amounts of washing up, decluttering, moving heavy furniture and outside areas. Inside the oven and fridge are available as extras.
