Deep cleaning questions
When should I book a deep clean?
When a home hasn't had a proper clean for a while, before or after guests or a busy period, or as a first visit before starting regular cleans.
Is the oven included in a deep clean?
The oven is an optional extra at £30. Inside kitchen cupboards are included if they're empty.
My home needs a lot of work. Will the price change?
Tell us the condition when you book and add photos if you can. If the property is very different from what was described, we'll tell you before any work starts, never after.
How much will it cost?
You'll see your exact fixed price in the calculator in under a minute. It only changes if the home is bigger, or in a very different condition, from what you told us, and we'll always agree that with you first.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes, all products and equipment. If you'd like us to use your own (for allergies, say), just leave them out.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a key safe code. We message you when we arrive and when we finish, with photos.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and reclean it free.
How do I pay?
Regular cleans are paid on the day by bank transfer (a standing order is easiest). Deep cleans, end of tenancy and one off cleans need a 25% deposit to hold the date, and the rest is paid on the day.
