How often can you come?
Weekly or fortnightly. Pick what suits you when you book and we'll keep the same slot where we can.
Is the price the same every visit?
Yes. You're quoted a fixed price per visit based on bedrooms, bathrooms and any extras. It only changes if you add extras or the job changes.
Can I add an oven or fridge clean to a regular visit?
Yes. Add any extra in the booking form and it's priced in before you confirm.
How much will it cost?
You'll see your exact fixed price in the calculator in under a minute. It only changes if the home is bigger, or in a very different condition, from what you told us, and we'll always agree that with you first.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes, all products and equipment. If you'd like us to use your own (for allergies, say), just leave them out.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a key safe code. We message you when we arrive and when we finish, with photos.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and reclean it free.
How do I pay?
Regular cleans are paid on the day by bank transfer (a standing order is easiest). Deep cleans, end of tenancy and one off cleans need a 25% deposit to hold the date, and the rest is paid on the day.
