Fixed prices by bedrooms. Each price includes one bathroom. Extra bathrooms, en suites and downstairs toilets are added per room.

Optional extras
Add any of these to a regular or deep clean. Inside kitchen cupboards are included in a deep clean if they're empty. End of tenancy cleans already include the oven, fridge, cupboards and interior windows.
Oven and hob cleaning is £30 when added to a clean. For an oven clean on its own, send us a photo on WhatsApp.

How booking works
- Your price is fixed and agreed before we start. It only changes if the home is bigger, or in a very different condition, from what you told us, and we'll always agree that with you first.
- Deep cleans, end of tenancy and one off cleans: a 25% deposit holds your date, and the rest is paid on the day.
- Regular cleans: paid on the day by bank transfer (a standing order is easiest).
- We need 48 hours' notice to move or cancel. Later than that, or if we can't get in, there's a 50% charge.
- No contracts. Cancel regular cleans anytime with 48 hours' notice.
Our promise: Not happy with anything? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and reclean it free within 48 hours.
